Council of Polish Entrepreneurs

The Council of Polish Entrepreneurs (CPE), is an initiative established within Employers of  Poland.  It is an advisory body of Employers of Poland consisting of representatives of the largest private companies in Poland. CPE was established on the initiative of business to become a driving force for the country's economic and social development. CPE conducts a transparent dialogue with the government and strives to build a strong, innovative and sustainable future for Poland. The chairman of CPE is Rafal Brzoska – founder of the InPost Group, entrepreneur and philanthropist.

The Council of Polish Entrepreneurs is strongly committed to creating mechanisms to facilitate dialogue between the government and businesses, as well as the effective exchange of resources, knowledge and experience, in order to be able to guarantee better working conditions for employees as a result. One of the CPE's tasks is also to promote partnerships that foster innovation, the creation of modern solutions, and the efficient use of public and private resources to build a strong and sustainable future for Poland. The Council wants to eliminate reprehensible practices in the business environment, to strengthen respect for private property and the gross national income generated in private companies.


The main objectives of the CPE are:

  1. Transparent social dialogue - with both the government and the public.
  2. Predictability and clarity of the law - co-writing legislation, conducting expert consultations and submitting its demands for consideration through legislative procedures.
  3. Efficient and fair tax system - supporting economic development, covering both large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. The tax system should be an effective tool to support entrepreneurship, fostering economic growth.
  4. Support for Polish companies abroad - supporting expansion and strengthening the competitiveness of Polish companies.
  5. Capital cooperation between government and business - we are committed to trying to , "build bridges" between the private and public sectors.
  6. Polish economic strength in Europe - strengthening Poland's position as an economic leader in Europe.
  7. Smart Immigration Programs - developing programs to attract top-notch talent to Poland from all corners of the world.
  8. Science-Business Cooperation - we initiate and support projects aimed at rapid transfer of scientific achievements to business practice.
  9. Leveling the playing field for Polish companies - creating favorable conditions for domestic companies, providing them with an equal opportunity for development compared to international capital.
  10. Green energy and electromobility - in the context of the country's energy transition, through intensive support for projects based on green energy sources and initiatives to develop electromobility.
