Vice President of Employers of Poland from 2017 to 2021. Since 2013, he has been a co-head of the two-person board that manages the STRABAG Group's activities in Poland.

Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained a degree in economics. Scholarship holder at the University of Vienna in the field of business economics. He started his career at STRABAG's head office in Austria in 1996. From 2001 to 2006, he was Chief Executive Officer and member of the Management Board of BRVZ Sp. z o.o.- a financial services company belonging to the STRABAG Group. He has been a member of the Management Board since 2007. He was responsible for the Infrastructure Construction segment in Poland. During this time, the company became the largest player in the country's infrastructure market by executing the largest and prestigious contracts, expanding regional structures and more than doubling revenues and employment. He also managed the integration of NCC companies and several local entities into the STRABAG group, including Hermann Kirchner Polska.
