Wektory Awards 2023 handed-out!

For the twenty-second time we have awarded prestigious statuettes - Wektory. These are awards for outstanding personalities from the worlds of business, politics, culture and media, who in a special way influence the development of the Polish economy, indicate innovative solutions and contribute to social and cultural development.

For creating a coalition that is an alternative to the other groupings operating on the Polish political scene and for exceptional cooperation across divisions, for which the most important things are democracy, freedom of speech, the rule of law and the Constitution #SuperWektor2023 were awarded to Leaders of the Coalition Trzecia Droga Polska 2050 by Szymon Holownia - Polish People's Party: Speaker of the Polish Sejm Szymon Holownia and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz!

During the Gala, we also recognized eleven laureates whose activities in 2023 have made a special contribution to entrepreneurship in Poland.

1. ARCUS S.A. - For consistently and sustainably strengthening the Polish economy through the implementation of innovative and integrated solutions including devices, software and services, and for fast and effective support of economic and technological changes aimed at preventing digital exclusion in Poland.

2. Boehringer Ingelheim Sp. z o. o. - For exceptional achievements in the world of science, conducting research and development work resulting in the launch of innovative medical products used in medicine and veterinary medicine, and for developing breakthrough therapies that contribute to building the health capital of Poles.

3. Janssen Cilag Sp. z o. o. - For caring about patients' access to therapies reflecting current global treatment standards, for active efforts to support the health and well-being of patients with mental illnesses, and for involvement in social campaigns and projects raising public awareness of mental illnesses and preventing exclusion from life for those affected.

4. Robert Dobrzycki, CEO, Panattoni Europe Sp. z o. o. - For the undisputed architect of success, who is an inspiration to entrepreneurs around the world. For creating a European company that is a leader in the construction and management of warehouse space, and for a business that is focused on meeting individual customer needs.

5. Mariusz Jawoszek, Group Chairman; CEO, Dictador Holding Limited - For global brand success combined with economic patriotism and building a global Champion from Polish Mikolow.

6. Dominik Leszczynski, President, DL Invest Group S.A. - For special attention to building strong and positive relationships with business partners, investors and institutions that result in the possibility of cooperation on many levels, as well as for implementing business projects that have a direct impact on improving the lives of local communities in the surrounding environment.

7. Adam Niedziółka, CEO of ADN Akademia Sp. z o. o. - For business activities and personal commitment putting the development and education of citizens first. For ingenuity and consistent expansion of the company, whose primary goal is courses, training and education of representatives of: public administration, local government, as well as the business world.

8. Prof. Piotr Henryk Skarzynski, Board Member, Hearing and Speech Center Ltd. - For his significant influence, backed by international recognition, on the development of global medicine and exceptional achievements and innovations in health care management, as well as for his tremendous scientific contribution and influence on shaping the standards used in treatment and his continuous commitment to creating new solutions in the field of surgery and diagnosis of ENT diseases.

9. Wojciech Wolny, CEO, Euvic S.A. - For exceptional persistence in pursuit of his goal, commitment, professionalism and personal contribution to the construction and development of the IT market in Poland, as well as for consistently strengthening the Polish economy through investment and innovation to comprehensively support the development of the business world.

10. Ewa Wernerowicz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Soonly Finance Sp. z o. o. - For determination, courage and strategic actions taken in an international business environment, and for exceptional heart and generosity shown to those suddenly in need. For exceptional strength and showing a huge heart in the face of the war in Ukraine.

11. Joanna Makowiecka-Gatza, CEO of Karmar S.A. and Linkcity Poland S.A., Bouygues Group - For exceptional commitment to educate and share knowledge in the field of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, and for actively promoting positive environmental and business changes in the companies and organizations she works with on a daily basis, as well as for skillful analysis and accurate diagnoses of the future needs of the economy, the environment and corporate governance.

During this year's Gala, in addition to the winners, the stage was filled with leading artists of the Polish music scene: Baranovski, Slawek Uniatowski, Natalia Szroeder, Malgorzata Ostrowska and Urszula.

The gala was hosted by Katarzyna Zdanowicz (Polsat, Polsat News) and Dariusz Prosiecki (Director of the Communication and Marketing Department, Employers of Poland).
