Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Twice, in the years 1999-2002 and 2008-2011, he held the position of Chief Labour Inspector of the National Labour Inspectorate. Councillor of the City of Warsaw in 1998-2002. As a Director of the Provincial Labour Office in Warsaw responsible for the labour market and distribution of funds from the  Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development  (SOP HRD) and the Integrated Regional Operational Programme (IROP) in Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

Specialist in labour law, in particular occupational safety and health, dialogue between employers and broadly defined employee representation.
