Long-term President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Exhibition Board and President of Polish Investment & Trade Agency. Commissioner General of the Polish sections at Shanghai and Milan.

He headed the Association of Managers in Poland for 11 years. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Managing Director at Dentons Poland. Since 2018 he has been deputy director of the Institute for Security and Regional Development.

Author of over 800 publications. Senior Fellow at Renmin University in Beijing and lecturer at the University of Warsaw’s Department of Political Science and Jagiellonian University’s Institute of the Middle and Far East.
