Prof. Andrzej Mariusz Fal graduated from the Medical University, the Wrocław University of Economics and the Executive MBA Dublin/Aachen/Lilles. He is a specialist in internal diseases, allergology and public health.

He is the founder and head of the Clinic of Allergology, Lung Diseases and Internal Diseases of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw, previously he organized and directed it for ten years, and is currently a professor at the Department of Public Health of the Medical University of Wrocław. He was the Dean of the Medical Faculty of Collegium Medicum UKSW and Director of the Institute of Medical Sciences. Collegium Medicum Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He is currently a professor at this university. He has published over 350 works in the field of allergology, internal diseases and public health in Poland and abroad, and is the editor of allergology textbooks, including: Allergology, Allergic Diseases, Asthma - the largest Polish-language textbook on allergology and asthma, and Pharmacotherapy of asthma and allergic diseases.

He is the President of the Management Board of the Polish Society of Public Health and an honorary professor at the Medical University of Poltava. He chairs the scientific council of NaukaPrzeciwPandemii. He is a member of the Central Council of Science and Higher Education, the State Council for Environmental Protection, the National Council of Geriatrics and Gerontology, and the Board of Directors of the GLiMMER Initiative.

He was the scientific director of the KnowHealth project and a member of the Public Health Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences. For two terms he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission. He was also the Polish representative at the European Medicines Agency (EMA CAT) in London, and for three terms the Chairman of the Europe and CIS Committee at the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. Prof. Andrzej Fal was also a member of the board of the global Bronchology Association.
