Vice president of Employers of Poland from 2003 to 2021. Graduate of the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology with a degree in telecommunication. In 1995 he became a member of Employers of Pomerania 

He has been involved in private business for 25 years and has been successfully operating in the plastics and metal processing industry since 1984. In 1993, he transformed DOMIK into a limited liability company and has been its owner and Chairman of the Board until today. Since 2003 he has been a strategic investor in PHT BRDA Sp. z o.o. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of this company.

Mirosław Ślachciak participates with great commitment in promoting Polish production on foreign markets, as well as being active in the development of regional business. He is also active in charity work on a wide scale.
