As one of the three Vice Presidents for Europe, he heads a particularly important region covering Poland, the Baltic States, Ukraine and Moldova. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He started his career at Philip Morris in 2004.

From 2008 he was a Member of the Management Board and Corporate Affairs Director. From 2013 he was also responsible for the Baltic Countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). Over the past years, he has successfully held the role of President and Managing Director in Poland and the Baltics, leading the company's smokeless transformation and ensuring steady business growth across the cluster. 

He is one of the most experienced managers in the global structures of Philip Morris International.
