Graduate of the University of Łódź. After graduation, he taught for several years at the Department of Accounting at the University of Łódź, at business schools and at the Accountants Association in Poland. Co-author of the Polish-German-English dictionary of accounting and banking. Consultant in the field of financial management, tax consultancy, information systems in consulting companies. He became an expert auditor in 2003.

Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ElektroEko, member of the Supervisory Board of Zelmer S.A. From 2009 to 2014 and from 2017 to 2020, he socially served as President of the Board of Association of employers of household appliances, APPLiA Polska (formerly CECED)

Konrad Pokutycki successfully develops the concept of BSH's social responsibility in Poland. Thanks to his efforts, BSH has been supporting the development of technical and higher education in Poland for years. He has established cooperation with the Lodz University of Technology and the University of Lodz. BSH strongly supports charitable activities aimed at providing equal opportunities for children and young people in Poland.
