She provides training in effective communication, employee motivation and negotiation. She has conducted workshops for, among others: Aseco, ORE, WWF and the Finnish Embassy. From 2019, she is leading an original workshop programme at the Faculty of Law of SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences entitled. "Managing yourself".

Since 2013 involved in the implementation of research and scientific projects at SWPS University as a Project Manager. Coordinator of SWPS Training projects from 2015-2019. Experienced in conducting qualitative and quantitative research, from 2017-2019 associated with SWPS Consulting. 

Among other things, she carried out research as part of the project 'Market expectations and employee skills - competences developed in the first job', which aimed to identify the social competences of people working at McDonald's and to find out what competences are currently desired on the labour market from the employers' perspective.
