Currently Chairman of the Board of Karmar S.A. and Linkcity Poland S.A., Polish subsidiaries of the French industrial group Bouygues, listed on the CAC 40 in Paris.

She is a graduate of the School of Management and Marketing. In 1999, she obtained her MBA from the University of Warsaw in collaboration with Staffordshire University, University of Antwerp and Free University of Brussels. In 2013, she completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE University of Navarra, in 2018-2019: a management programme organised by HEC in Paris.
