Vice-president of the Employers of Poland from 2017 to 2021. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He hold certificate Association of Charted Certified Accountants. Prior to joining Eurocash Group, he served as CFO CEE, Member of the Management Board and Member of the Finance Management Team in Europe at Sanitec Koło (part of the Sanitec Group).

In previous years, he worked at companies in the Enterprise Investors portfolio. Among other things, he was CFO at Magellan S.A. and served as CFO, CEO and Member of the Management Board at Messenger Services STOLICA.
