Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his lawyer's apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2010.

Expert with many years of experience, related to public economic law and administrative and judicial-administrative procedure.

Since 2012, he has cooperated with representative employers' organizations, participating in the process of drafting and public consultation of legal acts concerning the economy and entrepreneurship. He gained professional experience working with leading law firms in Poland. Until September 2018, he ran his own law practice. He acted as an attorney for entrepreneurs and employers' associations in proceedings before public administration bodies, law enforcement agencies, and common and administrative courts.

In September 2018, he was appointed Deputy Ombudsman for Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs by the Minister of Economic Affairs. Due to the appointment, he suspended the practice of law. Together with the SME Ombudsman, he established the Office and its branches in five Polish cities from scratch. He supervised the Intervention and Litigation Department and the field branches of the Office of the SME Ombudsman. He built close relations with the business community, science, legal professional self-governments and representatives of public administration. Originator and coordinator of the SME Ombudsman Office's #SaveBusiness outreach campaign founded to support entrepreneurs during the Covid 19 pandemic. The campaign was a resounding success and more than 400 law firms from across the country got involved to help entrepreneurs.

In December 2021, he resigned from his position as Deputy SME Advocate and returned to practicing as an Attorney at his own law firm.
