Jacek Adrian Matusiak

President of the Management Board - PZU Ukraine Group and Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of SOS Service Ukraina and Kredoleasing Ukraina / PKO BP Group, as well as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kredobank SA Ukraina / PKO BP Group.

A graduate of doctoral studies at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as MBA studies (cooperation with Tiffin University) in the field of international finance and master's studies in public administration.

He has many years of experience in consulting and managing companies on international markets. He served as President of the Management Board, among others. European Energy Holding, Capital Energy Group and Ukrainian Insurance Campaign. He has experience in corporate governance and has been a member of many supervisory boards of capital companies.

For years, a member of the Quality and Standardization Committee of the National Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Polish Quality Award Committee.

Anti-communist opposition activist, participant of strikes in Gdańsk in 1988.

He was awarded the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity and the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for outstanding contributions to the cause of democratic changes in Poland. On the occasion of the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the city of Chortkiv (Ukraine), he was awarded the order for services to the community.

He has a Medal for Merits for Quality awarded by the Polish Quality Award on the centenary of regaining independence.
