Ireneusz Piecuch has many years of experience of work for the IBM. He started as head of the legal department in Poland,  then he worked as a regional team leader for CEE area and head of the outsourcing contract practice in CEEMA (Central Europe Middle East and Africa). As a member of European legal team at IBM, he was also responsible for FCPA in CEE and Export Regulations for Europe. 

Ireneusz Piechuch was also the Secretary General for the TP Group S.A. (and Head of the Ethic Committee ) managing the law and regulation, administration and safety areas. His last position at TP S.A. Group was a Member of the Board of Directors responsible for the Business Strategy and Development. After TP S.A. he served as Senior Vice-President of Poczta Polska S.A. responsible for the IT sector and International Relations and Strategy.

In his career Ireneusz Piecuch has served as non-executive Director in such companies like Emitel, Wirtualna Polska, KGHM and PKP PLK. Currently he is a non-executive director at DESA S.A. – the largest auction house in Poland.

Additionally, Ireneusz Piecuch is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Kozminski University, member of the International Consultative Council of the College of Law ALK, member of the board for the L.Kozminski Foundation
