He worked for many years as an analyst and economic expert in public administration e.g. in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (including abroad - Brussels, Rome) and for international organisations (FAO/UN, EESC). He has managed teams of experts in managerial positions e.g. at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (2011-2015), as well as at the Centre for Research and Analysis (2015-2017) and the Legislation Monitoring Centre of Employers of Poland (2017-2018). Since 2016, he has been associated with the Open Eyes Economy Summit - member of the OEES Programme Council.

He began his career as a journalist in the economics section of the daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita. He is a longstanding employee of the Department of European Integration of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Information Analysis Institute at Collegium Civitas.
