A founder of the MAVIT Medical Centre which is a network of highly specialised treatment centres in the fields of ophthalmology, laryngology and maxillofacial surgery.

From 2000 to 2019 President of the Board of the MAVIT Medical Centre, since 2019 he has been Deputy President of the Management Board.

Since 2006 he has been vice-president of the Polish Association of Private Hospitals. From 2006 to 2022, he served as Vice President of the Employers of Poland. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Council of Employers of the Republic of Poland. In 2022 he became President of the Board of the Employers of Private Medicine in Poland.

He is also a member of tripartite team for health care affiliated by the Ministry of Health and problem team for healthcare in the Social Dialogue Council.
