She has been working in the innovative pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years. She started her career in 1998 as a medical representative at Janssen-Cilag, progressing through the career ladder at Genzyme. From 2013 to 2021, she served as General Manager of Sanofi Genzyme in Poland and currently in the role of CEO of Sanofi in Poland. At the beginning of 2023 she took over as a vice president of the board of the Employers’ Union of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies INFARMA and chairs Pharmaceutical Platform of the Employers of Poland. 

Agnieszka Grzybowska-Zalewska is a graduate of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Gdansk and the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Medical Academy in Gdansk. She is a pioneer of activities in the field of rare diseases, fighting for expansion of patients’ access to treatment not only in this area, but also in oncology, karyology, diabetology, neurology and many others.
