Adam Niedziółka
Shareholder in the companies KDK Info (educational and EU projects), CTS (IT training) and ‘Competence Center’ (taxfin.pl website). Vice chairman of the Polish Council of Entrepreneurs, Chairman of European Funds and Poland’s National Recovery Plan. Plenipotentiary of the Management Board of Employers of Poland for European Funds. Member of the FERS and FENG European Funds Monitoring Committee at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and participated in postgraduate studies in tax law at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and MBA US in cooperation with Manchester Metropolitan University.
He started his career in 1995 at the Foundation for the Development of Accounting in Poland (‘Fundacja Rozwoju Rachunkowości w Polsce’), where he successfully built and promoted the regional training department
Between 2003 and 2004, he worked at the Institute of Accountancy and Taxes. As managing director he was responsible there for the supervision and implementation of projects in the field of balance sheet law, tax law and finance.
Between 2004 and 2007 he worked at the international consulting company ‘BDO Numerica’ where he worked as Director of the Training Department and then as Director of Business Development, supporting the management board in the creation and implementation of the company's strategic goals.
Together with his team, he has built ADN Academy from the ground up over the past several years, which is one of the largest training companies in Poland and the winner of many prestigious awards.
He has many years of experience in the implementation of complex business-to-business projects and has managed numerous EU projects with budgets of several million euros, involving tens of thousands of participants.
He was also the Head of Postgraduate Studies in International Accounting Standards conducted by the Orlen Group Education Centre and the Head of Studies in Tax Law conducted by Kozminski University.
