The Polish Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy together with the Public Procurement Office released a practical guide to the public procurement system in Ukraine. Employers of Poland were present at the promotional meeting.

On 30 October 2023, we attended a meeting at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy hosted by Jadwiga Emilewicz, Government Plenipotentiary for Polish-Ukrainian Development Cooperation. The occasion for the meeting was the release by the ministry and the Public Procurement Office of a practical guide to the public procurement system in Ukraine and its handover to representatives of institutions involved in the development of Polish-Ukrainian economic cooperation present at the meeting. Employers of Poland were represented by the Director of the International Cooperation Department, Maciej Legutko.

The Public Procurement Office has announced that the guide will be updated with subsequent amendments to the Ukrainian Public Procurement Law. For those interested, a FAQ has also been prepared on the office's website. For 2024, the Public Procurement Office has also announced the organisation of training courses for Polish companies seeking to participate in public procurement in Ukraine.

Employers of Poland sent the guide to its members and announced to keep them informed about training courses on Ukrainian public procurement law.
